adult jiu jitsu

Fundamental technique & drilling class open to adult members focuses on the core principles and movements of jiu jitsu. We will cover essential techniques such as takedowns, submissions, escapes, and positional control. The class will also include plenty of drilling exercises to help you perfect these techniques and build muscle memory. It's a great way to improve your skills, increase confidence, and enhance your overall performance.

Open Mat

Open Mat is your chance to train on your own terms. Whether you want to drill techniques, roll with teammates, or get extra practice before a competition, our mats are open to all skill levels. There’s no formal instruction—just a friendly, collaborative space where you can refine your game, test new moves, and learn from training partners in a relaxed yet focused environment.

Massage

Nadia was born and raised in Arizona, a small-town girl with a big heart. Her love for massage and bodywork began in 2005 when she started her journey at Carrington College in Tucson. Since completing her schooling in 2006, she has gained extensive experience working in day spas, five-star resorts, and in chiropractic and acupuncture care.

Today, Nadia brings the spa experience directly to her clients by offering mobile services in the comfort and safety of their own space. In addition to her mobile practice, she serves as an instructor at her alma mater and provides medical massage services for the VA. Her mission is to continuously learn, grow, and enhance the well-being of those she serves.

cupping, 30 minutes - $50

Cupping increases circulation The suction from the cups increases circulation to the area where the cups are placed. The additional blood flow to that area can help relieve muscle tension and promote cell repair.

table stretching, 30 minutes - $50

Our table stretching services offer a relaxing and restorative experience designed to improve flexibility and alleviate muscle tension. During the session, you’ll lie comfortably on a massage table while our trained therapist gently guides you through a series of assisted stretches, targeting specific areas of your body. This service enhances circulation, promotes relaxation, and helps to relieve stress. Perfect for anyone looking to enhance their overall well-being and mobility.
